Indus Scenario

I was in the Civ3 gallery pics and I saw a picture for a scenario. At the bottom it said "Indus" I'm guessing this scenario is of the Indus Valley? The person who added the picture was Yoda Power. Does anybody know where I could find this scenario? Pleez something more specific than "Completed Scenarios Forum"
