Here is what should be the latest beta for v30. It adds the strategic map I talked about before, that reacts to all terrain modifications. Just use F10 to display it, as you would with the regular strategic map. IGE needs to be opened, otherwise the regular map will be used.
As you will notice there are minor differences between the vanilla and IGE strategic maps, the biggest one being the ugly aliasing that is especially visible for units. This is because mods do not get access to the best texture filtering options. I may add a pre-scaled replacer in the future but it would inflate IGE weight (it already doubled in this version!) and if a mod was replacing the standard texture IGE would still use its own version. There is also a glitch when a river branches but this is quite rare.
EDIT: There are some text changes to update for localizations, please look at changes.txt in the localizations folders.
EDIT: Uploaded a beta4, it fixes many little problems in beta3 with the new strategic map and it merges the "lake" and "coast" since lakes are just area made of coasts but smaller then nine tiles. It also fixes a bug that was sometimes preventing to set coasts. Finally, I am not sure but maybe the anti-game corruption firewall previously had a hole, so if it was it is now fixed.
EDIT: Beta4 still has a bug regarding the anti-corruption protection, I fixed it on my hard drive. Meanwhile, take care to not set ocean hexes right next to land, have a coast hex between them.
