I've been trying to install this amazing patch, and I have been running into some problems. The installation instructions seem a bit inadequate for what I'm trying to do.
The main How to Install thread seems to focus only on how to add features to a full Vox Populi install and not have much about trying to get EUI and just Community Patch working correctly. Also the link for the latest EUI files is broken. I assume the correct files are available from the manual download link.
The DLC Modpack and 43-Civ Version Repository thread seems a bit dated and also quite confusing.
The Manual Instruction List
1. Install the latest 1-12-1 VP as normal.
2. Download this mod from the link directly above.
3. Delete the DLL in (1) Community Patch
4. Open (1b) 43 Civx CP
5. Based on your choice of install, delete the other two folders from this mod (CP Only, EUI, or No-EUI).
5a. For example, if using the full VP with EUI, delete the CP only and No-EUI folders from (1b).
6. Take note of the XML and LUA files remaining in the (1b) folder. Navigate to the LUA folder of the version of the mod you are running and copy/paste those LUA/XML files from (1b) into that folder, overwriting as necessary. Do not delete the lua/xml files from (1b), as they aren't all duplicated!
6a. Example: If Just using (1) Community Patch, Open (1) Community Patch/LUA and copy/paste all xml/lua files from (1b) 43 Civs CP/CP Only into this folder.
7. Enable (1b) along with all other applicable mods.
8. If you did it all successfully, you will be able to increase the number of major civilizations in the game setup menu to 43.
So this is what I can see. Downloading the latest (2/10) version of Vox Populi, I have the option to install only the Community Patch w/ 43 Civs.
That puts the two folders into Mods. (1) Community Patch and (1b) 43 Civs CP
(1b) 43 Civs CP has a Community Patch Only folder and a .modinfo and a AssignStartingPlots.lua
And for the EUI, I should copy and paste Ul_bc1 folder into the DLC folder.
I am sure I am probably missing something. Can someone please help me find a way to do this right?

- At this point am I suppose to delete the .DLL in the Mods/(1) Community Patch main folder?
- And then copy and paste the .modinfo and .lua file into the Mods/(1) Community Patch/Core Files/CoreLUA folder?
And for the EUI, I should copy and paste Ul_bc1 folder into the DLC folder.
- So this means put it in the common/Sid Meier's Civilization V/Assets/DLC folder?
I am sure I am probably missing something. Can someone please help me find a way to do this right?
