I heard this on Rush so it isn't necessarily true.

There are dolphins (porpoises) who are sexually frustrated so they lure swimmers out to sea and try to give them the 'stiff one-eye'. I believe this happened only a handful of times, but a resort in the U.K. actually warned about this phenomenon.

I read about this phenomenon in the paper today! Crazy

This women said she went to swim with the dolphin and it tried to give her the 'stiff one-eye'!

Luckily she survived to tell the tale, let that be a warning to all you dolphin lovers!

The basics of the evolutionary theory say that all animal life began in the oceans, and that animals on land all descend from ones that crawled out of the water eons ago. After they crawled out, mammals eventually developed on land. Some of these mammals then crawled back into the sea, and that's where all the mammals in the water come from (whales, dolphins, etc.)

Well, animals 'work' basically to ensure the survival of their species (via reproduction). This's the basic biological premise.

So in this case, the slaves had been working to ensure the survival of their captors' species. So in this sense, they're slaves I supposed.
