In that case, the bug probably also works on cannons, arty, and radar arty. And possibly Ships with bombardment/Airplanes.

Yes.
Ships go for coastal fortresses (so probably it would if you wanted a useless wonder that gives free coastal fortresses), then units, then population or improvements. Planes go for units, population, or improvements. Neither specifically targets walls.

Apparently not. I modified the Great Lighthouse to give free coastal fortresses and gave it to Thebes.

@ Choxorn Most of my cities were towns so when I switch to another government, I would lose too much money. I didn't switch to Feudalism is because I was at war for a long time to keep the tech pace to a halt. (I am playing on emperor too see how fast I will lose. I am currently playing my first game on Monarch)
Recently I've been working a game Mirc abandoned back in the newbie days (in the strategies, with the name "ah the nostalgia..." iirc), and I had a city in the middle of the AI continent to get my lone supply of wines. I rushed some culture and was planning to send more units there. I thought it might flip eventually, but the last thing I expected was the AI rejecting a revolting city 
! Persians were really dumb, they had a chance to throw half my empire into civil disorder.

It's happened to me before. One of my cities flipped to Russia and they didn't want it!
Say, Why's their a box telling him all the that valuable info at the top of the screen. how do you access that. Its looks valuable and Ive never seen it once

I've seen the AI rebuff my rebels a number of times.
I owe a dept of grats to the one who posted Civ assist and thanks to both who linked it. ( I thank creater in pm mybe)
I actual save stats in files for my personal HoF acheivements using print screen (best production, science, Highest culture , GNP all that crap you name it

Okay, this is something I didn't get a screenie of. My friend was playing and he somehow managed to get the order buttons (Go to, Build Road, Irrigate, etc...) on the Side of the screen instead of the bottom. Does anybody know how he did this?
