Internet Explorer: New Security Hole Found

Netscape was almost always better than IE6. Can't say much about the earlier version though, I havent been on the internet/can't remember enough about those times to make a judgement.

This site has older Netscape browsers, if you want to give it a try.
Dont know where to get older IE versions, sorry about it.

FWIW, around the release time of IE6 was when I switched to Opera, it was solid even back then.

Yes, I bought it, it was well worth the price.

If your still using IE then... eh. You deserve what you got. Firefox and Opera are both good browsers and I'd recommend either of them over IE. Firefox tends to load 1/100th of a second faster than Opera does, but... it's 1/100th of a second. Big whoop. Not that I actually ever close either browser much anyway.

Well, in a back water internet domain namely China, many sites have compatibility issues with non-IE browsers, for example, E-Banks. That's what pissed me off most.

My mom says her Firefox doesn't work with the banking site. I installed IE Tab for her. She hasn't complained since.

yeah, technically you're still useing IE if you use IE-Tab

There's another addon like IE tab, except its in the Options, I believe, and doesnt require for IE to be install.
I forgot the name.
