I feel trojans, etc... should be outlawed, and it should both be legal for: the Fed to block their access to the internet in the USA, and to sue such providers if they distribute from servers within the USA.

I would seriously prefer to lose all my spam filters.

I agree with the "Take legal action against people who make viruses" part, but disagree with the rest of it.

You'd sue the person spreading the virus, not necessarily the programmer, but yeah, I don't see why not. Trying to get a criminal case against the offender would be harder, but theoretically it could count as vandalism.
