Hallo.

The Abbasids in the Middle Ages are attacking me with invisible troops. I’ve reinstalled it, put the 1.15 patch on. Can anyone help.

Cheers.

It´s not a bug, don´t worry. They are just using a unit called "Assassin", with the invisible ability. If you figure where they are, you still can attack them.

BTW, it´s better research "Religious persecution" and use a unit called "Inquisitor", which can see invisible units.

sionprawn,

Check in the editor and confirm that the unit doesn't have the 'Stealth' flag set. Other than that, you may need to borrow a copy of the conquest.biq

D.

ps: sorry. didn't recognize the units. please disregard

In addition to Inquisitors, Spys can also see Assassins -- they're on the Byzantine tree, though, so unless you are the Byzantines, don't bother going for them (the Byz tree sucks).

Once you get a unit that can detect invisible, they're pretty easy to take out. They only have a defence of 1. But without a spotter they can be pretty deadly; they have an attack of 5.
