Isn't the current crown prince really, really badass though? I'm pretty sure the wiki said he went through Hircine's realm, walked all over Clavidicus Vile's, and then blew up Umbriel, that soul nomming city on the cover of that book.

Pah. I went through Mehrunes Dagon's and Sheogorath's realms AND through Sovngarde.

Crap aside, the Medes losing against Ulfric meant that the whole empire collapsed and everyone is for themselves now.

Um, wasn't that already how it was? Hammerfell was like "screw you guys we're fighting the Thalmor" and Morrowind has for all intents and purposes ceased to exist.

You should probably change the Dunmer bonus to reflect the Tribunal being dead and/or MIA.

I just coloured in the WWII belligerents for the hell of it. The game will actually start with a blank map in the 19th century so you can create your own nations, like IB1.
