Buy 3 armies (3IPs), two frigates the Tariq and the Parcham (4IPs) and one schooner, the Narmada(1IP). All are to be assigned to the fleet in the Bay of Bengal.

Four armies to invade North Ural, four armies to invade South Ural, two six to guard the homeland.

The one schooner in the South China Sea are to join the fleet in the Bay of Bengal.

Edit: Cancels plan to invade North Ural. Let the Japanese have that.
