Okay, Ive finally figured this out. Forget my previous Orders. Dommy has agreed in PMs to return my ships, and make peace.

1IP is sent to the Pirates.
3IP is spent upgradeing the port in South Africa.
1IP is spent repairing my damaged ships.
The remaining 2IP is spent producing the HMS Orleans.

The 1st fleet (HMS Portsmouth, HMS Prophet, HMS Negotiator, and HMS Cunning) Heads into the central north Atlantic.[/B]

HMS Ravus also heads into the central north Atlantic, and Joins up with the 1st Fleet, taking a role as it's flagship.

We also Produce the Frigate HMS Orleans in france, launching it into the Atlantic and sailing it west with the HMS Ravus to join the 1st fleet.

My ships in By the Canary Islands HMS Paris and HMS Couragous, Sail into the Central North Atlantic , and Join the Fleet.

Ok, for now, move my Atlantic navy back to the central Atlantic territory, move my Mediterranean navy to the African Coast, and build 7 armies.

I build 4 armies and a 3rd rate, the Kumquat, in the Med sea. (I ran out of names, ok?)

I build a 6th rate, the Goodwill, in the Med, which moves into the Atlantic province with those African islands.

With the collapse of the American Republic, the North American Continent is in chaos. Britain has therefore decided to move quickly to restore some sembelance of order in the region. :OOC: This is assuming that handing people all your land when you quit is not allowed. :OOC:
