History: The White Hand Rebellion began in 1452 against the Ottoman Empire. The liberal rebellion soon overran the Ottomans. In 1453, the last Byzantine Emperor died. Because of a series of marriages, the leader of the White Hands, Beyazik, claimed the throne of Byzantium, converting to Orthodox Christianity. When Beyazik died in 1455, his successors began fighting for the throne, until merchants of the White Hands rose up and created their own state.
One Strength: Filthy rich
One flaw: Too tolerant

Tyo- 33. The Orkney islands count as a set; that little island between Ireland and England is one; and there's a puny little province in central south England jutting out into the sea. If you're a litle over/ under, no big deal. I'll make the modifications accordingly

Trade

Every single trade agreement you have nets you 1 EP per turn

Rebellion! And other random events

Various random events can happen to your country depending on the state of world affairs, your roleplays, and other people's roleplays.

Of particular interest is the rebellion. Any province not controlled by you at the beginning of turn 1 has the potential to rebel.The chances of rebelliona re decreased by:

• Keeping territories close to your capital
• Building infrastructure
• Having a strong army
• Winning wars
• Being at peace
• Having certain powers or not having certain weaknesses.
• Wrting good roleplays

When a territory rebels, an NPC forms and takes it over, but the person from whom it rebels has that one opportunity to swtich to that new nation.

Lasty, no one has posted any RP's besides histories. Not posting anything will probably result in four or five extra territories max, whereas a really good RP could get you as much as 20.

Lasty, no one has posted any RP's besides histories. Not psoting anything will probably result in four or five extra territories max, whereas a really good RP could get you as much as 20.

If you can honestly say that the History I posted wasn't sufficient as RP then I think I feel quite offended.

However I don't actually want any other territories at the moment really so it doesn't matter too much.
