18 city states already selected and placed.
Your starting location already set (or should be)

You get:

1 mil gold.
100k faith.
4 techs. (first lvl + astrology)
very good starting point.
stupid amount of goody huts placed.

Insane location for Hansa.

Tips: Place city right where you start. Don't move. IZ goes NW just SE of the mercury. Yes there.

Send boats NW a bit then W. Just west of you should be England, just N of that is Vilnius and the nice Wonder...

Fixed the civ locations

Starting locations were bugged/missing.
Should also work if you just want random other civs.

You are still either Germany or GrossDeutchland.
