IsrNES: Beresheet, In the Begining

@ israelite, could u care to explain the economy system now? some have stable 2/0/3, some stable 4/0/3, some stable 3/2/3. What the heck???

Lets see.
the first Number is how much you have to spend that turn. it includes the amount your get form the echonmy, the amount you get from trade, and any other bonus/penilties.
the second one is how much you have invested in growing your Echonmy.
and the third is how much investment it will requier for your echonmy to grow.

am I right israelite?

Even if it is so, it's rather confusing that all those countries have "stable" economy but different amount of eco points to spend. Does the word describing the economy mean the current state of economy as whole, like economy would be poor but still growing and the like...

The slave Tanum heard distant voices. With the Egyptran invasion, he had heard large groups of men travelling all of the time.. But he recognized something different about this. It was no Egyptran force. The dialect was different. It was that of his people of Upper Egypt! They were coming at last, to liberate him and his enslaved people! As the voices came closer, Tanum began to hear their battlesong.

As we march over sandy dunes
Vengeance's shadow forever looms
With spearheads sharp and swordstrokes swift
We shall cast the ship of Egyptra adrift!

With vengeful hearts thirsting war today
Egyptra has a price to pay
With arrows quick and swordblades red
T'will not be long 'til Egyptra is dead!

We fight for vengeance we fight for hate
We will hack Tunafu's body down to fish-bait
With chariot's wheel and weapons shear
Egyptra knows the end is near

WITH METAL SWORD AND STRONGER WILL
ALL WE CRAVE IS EGYPTRAN KILL!
YOU CAN TRY TO FIGHT, OR FLEE AND PRAY
BUT SURRENDER IS YOUR ONLY WAY!

We do not lie, your time has come!
May the gods strike Tunafu blind deaf and dumb!
The time has come for Egyptra to fall
MAY YOUR SCREAMS OF DEFEAT BE HEARD BY ALL!

By now, the huge army was marching over the field, liberating the enslaved Upper Egyptians. Tanum grinned as Egyptrans fled in front of the army. They would flee a lot more before this war was settled.

Israelite i need to know moreabout that economy before i can send any orders.

OK, sorry guys, I have been sick for the pst few days, still am, and I have stoped by to make sure that everyone didn't abandon for North King's NES ;) .
So, here we go:
@Everyone- TerrisH got the eco numbers right. The reason some have different stats for amount of points to spend per turn is trade and random events. Certain nations will just have better trade than others, although you can encourage trade with creative policies.
@Lord Iggy- Egyptra has more trade than you do, simple as that.
@Harleqin- TerrisH has it right. I meant to post that in the first page. Will doso with update. Also, turns for now are 100 years, but will vary. My plan is to combine the two current systems of IT/BT and regular. Orders will always be like "IT" orders, but the amount of years per update will vary dependign on the amount of stuff going on. And no, orders should not be general.
@TerrisH- You're right, that is exactly what the numbers stand for.
@Andis- Read the "everyone" note. Also, just to clarify, the "stable" does determine the base number of spending points, but trade and random events have almost as much influence.
@Royal- You are free to join, although it would help if you chose a nation or started your own. I fyou really would rather have me give you one, you will probably end up with Sumeria or a China naiton since those are the more traditional choices and you are newer to these forums.

To Addis Ababa
From Aksum
Never shall the people of Aksum be ruled by the heathen inlanders that make up your vicious and barbaric nation! We are nation that follows the ancient faith of the Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, we will never be ruled by heathens like yourselves.

Very good. You shall be includedin the update. I just found out that I have tommorow off so update will be tommorow or Tuesday. Thanks for your pateins with me. Also, there wass a question asking the practical difference between the levels taht have the same spending points. My idea is to combine the 2 currently most favored economic systems into 1. Those two are a verying amount of points to spend based on level and a stagnant amount of points that only really changes with random events. I have made it so that you do get the advantages fo a verrying amount, but since you have several levels and little difference between the levels, it works similarly to the other system. Understand?

should I send orders? Or wait until next update (to not stress you)

I'm joining as Sparta. Some sort of a story coming tomorrow.

Update 2: 1800 BCE
1912 Hebraic Calendar

This is what G-d, Lord of Israel, says: Let each man put on his sword, and go from one gate to the other in the camp.
- Ki Thisa (Exodus) 126:32:27

War has come to this world, and few have been spared. Egypt, already a land beset by violence, continues on in this way. The collision of Punic and Italic powers has occurred in the Mediterranean as many expected, and the barbaric nation of Lu has stormed out of their gates to challenge the civilized nation of Shang. War has come to this world, and its effects are felt by all.

Then again, the bloodshed hasn’t been as bad as expected; the reason being a lack of cavalry to use. The horses of the world are still beset by the plague, it ahs in fact spread. Now not only are wild horses and the horses of breeders infected, so are those of the militaries of the world (I have halved all PC cavalries). War, though pushing on, has slowed considerably.

Despite the advancement of most of the world, Noko, Thrace, Athnens, Mnogobor’e have slid to a stand still (no orders from Kentharu, Kal’thzar, Hellfury, or Gelion, this turn I just didn’t do anything to your stats, next turn you will be punished, then NPCed in 2 turns).

A new nation has come into fruition, Persia. The barbaric tribes of the southern Iranian plateau have united into one nation seeking the benefits of the trade that passes by their capital of Hormuz. Will they maintain their barbarian tendencies and march out against the nation of the world, or will they follow their Arab neighbors in the Doha League and seek to rule the seas and trade?

In Ethiopia the ever volatile climate has risen to a new height and threatens to turn Africa into a war zone. Though Addis Ababa has not moved yet, the righteous indignation of the people of Aksum seems to be stirring up fiery anger in the hearts of the Addis Ababans. Israel quickly jumped into the conflict pledging support to their brethren in faith and blood while Saba has stayed neutral, but is feeling increasing pressure from the Jewish minority to aide Aksum.

On the Nile River, the war between the two Egypts rages on. Though Egyptra had initial gains that gave it much territory, the Upper Egyptians have pushed them back and taken much of Egyptra. With superior strategy, the day seemed won. That is until the Egyptrans adapted to the Upper Egyptian cavalry based strategy and began turning the tide. The Upper Egyptians used a wedge strategy to divide an conquer, unfortunately the Egyptrans simply began to allow the wedge through to their middle before have the two, now separated, halves form a circle around the Egyptrans and subsequently defeat the Upper Egyptians. This took place in several battles. Now Upper Egypt seems to have the upper hand (no pun intended), but an increasingly crafty Egyptra could retake their old empire and possibly overtake Upper Egypt if Pharaoh Amunhatep is not careful.

In Italy the Italic Romans and Punic Carthaginians have finally met each other on the field of battle. Overwhelmed by Roman numbers and strategy, the Carthaginian holdings in Italy fell quickly. Using a strategy in which one of the generals led the Carthaginian army on a wild goose chase while another landed behind Carthaginian lines, the Romans secured quick victory. Meanwhile, a separatist movement, encouraged by the years of semi-independence, has grown up in Sicily. Despite the unnerving separatist movement, the Carthaginian navy prevented a roman assault, perhaps even with separatist support, on Sicily. The Punic brethren of Carthage in the north, Marseilles, have declared neutrality. Will the Punic homeland follow suit, or will they come to the Carthaginian aide, or will they seek Carthage’s destruction in aiding Rome.

Meanwhile, the Punic children, both Carthage and Marseilles, have been quite successful in their expansion. The Carthaginians, through an ingenious system known as the colonial system, have colonized the Balearics as well as most of both Sardinia and Corsica. Their governmental system, favoring local rule over federal, has encouraged colonial expansion as people see it as an opportunity to gain power for themselves. Marseilles on the other hand has expanded through crafty diplomacy and culture based foreign policy. Though the Celts of Gaul and Iberia have remained more than lukewarm in their opinion of Marseilles due to the long struggles the two have had, the Celts of the Po River valley have eagerly joined seeing the culturally similar nation of Marseilles, or Punics as they are known to their neighbors.

While the Punic children flex their muscles for the first time, the Phoenicians due so once again. Diverting their great wealth in trade has caused some minor financial catastrophes in some Mediterranean nations, while others have greatly benefited. The war in Egypt has driven Phoenician merchants away form Egyptra in favor of Israel and the new city of Gaza which has developed there. Also, the Phoenicians have been “stolen” form the Athenian ports by the offers of Sparta, now a Phoenician ally.

The Germanic kingdom of Teutonia has stalled in expansion, but not in other matters. The religion of Teutonia has fueled great fervor in the building of the Temple of the Ancients. Though Regna Coscoma would like to have the building completed now and the holy city subsequently founded, the temple will take more time. The Teutons have also begun examining the ways of the Punics of Marseilles and the surrounding celts in order to further their technological and philosophical innovations.

Babylon has continued to expand, but the quick devils that are Assyria have taken most of Mesopotamia and blocked off most northward expansion. War seems to be drawing ever nearer in the most peaceful corner of civilization.

In China most of the nations find themselves stagnated due to increasing barbarian pressure, but Lu moves on. They have invaded Shang and all but the capital and a small strip of river bank remains under Shang hands, along with a formidable army. In the south the nation of Yangzhou has turned to the sea for expansion and colonized the Korean isle of Cheju-Do.

With war having arrived in full blast upon our small world, will the nations of the world survive to see the next day, or will they fall under the burden and pressure?

And Israelite9191 said, "There shall be the map for IsrNES: Beresheet, In the Begining" and the map for IsrNES: Beresheet, In the Begining cam into existence.

To Rome:
From Carthage:
You will pay dearly for your trespasses.

To Marseilles:
From Carthage:
Brothers, the Roman murderers have taken up their wicked swords against our homes and families. Today, the object of their fury is Carthage; but tomorrow, cousins, it will be Marseilles. Only if we stand together now can we hope to put down the Roman threat, before it destroys us all. We beseech you, take up the spear and shield, and stand with us in unity and brotherhood against the Italic menace that would make all Phoenicians slaves. If you value life and freedom, if you have any bravery or dignity, you will realize the truth of our words and the necessity of that which we propose. Will you fight alongside us?

To Phoenicia:
From Carthage:
Rome, in its murderous haste to forge itself an empire, endangers commerce throughout the entire Mediterranean. Its actions on land and sea threaten freedom of movement, and present the merchants of all nations with the risk of bodilly harm. You are our kinsmen, our distant parents; it is your blood that is spilled on the soil of Italy, your flesh which the Roman monsters consume. If you think your distance is any guarantee of safety against the Roman war machine, you mistaken. By the Gods, Rome is by its very nature as much your enemy as our own! Please, stand with us, do what is right and good and resist the encroaching hegemony of this landhungry Italic kingdom. We ask, if you will not come to fight, that you strike out against Rome where you may do the most damage: at its coffers. Divert your tradeships from Rome's harbours and ports, send the Roman grainmongers and bronzehawkers from your lands; starve the Senate of revenue, and the army will soon collapse, never again to pose a threat to the prosperity of the world.

To Sparta, Athens, and/or Macedonia:
From Carthage:
Assist us in our war against Rome, and you will be richly rewarded with the fertile lands and bountiful resources of Roman Italy.

To Iberian Celts, Gallic Celts, Berbers, Libyans, Corsicans, Sardinians:
From Carthage:
The Carthaginian state rewards well those who bravely serve it. Any tribes which fight for Carthage against the Roman invaders will be rewarded with land, valuable items, and political protection. Any individual who volunteers to fight in the Carthaginian army will be paid a good regular salary, granted land, rewarded with a fraction of all plunder taken in battle, and, if he desires, granted full Carthaginian citizenship and all the privileges it entails. Any interested parties need only contact the nearest Carthaginian governor, civil official, or military officer.

To non-Roman Italics:
From Carthage:
Italy is yours; it does not belong to the Romans. For too long they have sought to force themselves and their strange ways upon you; for too long they have oppressed the peoples of Italy and spread their hateful hegemony over the whole of your peninsula. The land which they occupy is rightly your land -- take it! Join with us against Rome, rise up against your opressors and liberate the lands which were once and are now rightfully your own. Fight hard and bravely, and your children may yet grow up free in a world without Romans.
