Japanese Naval Aviation WW2 Scenario

I have a few suggestion for the WW2 Pacific scenario.

The japanese aircraft operating from aircraft carriers (at least the six big fleet carriers) should be "Elite" at the beginning of the game. That would represent the fact that japanese naval avaition was the best trained in the world in 1941.

Replacements would of course be regular/veteran. And if you "hurry" aircraft production, I think you should get a conscript air unit. Becasue training air crew take some time. In fact, Japan ran out of air crews before it ran out of aircraft carriers in WW2.

I also hope that the Destroyer graphic will be updated. Having an american Spurance class destroyer from the 1970s escorting your japanese carriers seem at bit weird

Draft or no draft - Any rushed unit should be a conscript IMHO.
