Thanks for all the positive comments guys .

I'd not taken the comments to heart, just got a little fed up of people criticising what I consider to be decent graphics that are available on a free-of-charge, take-them-or-leave-them basis. In another thread, my work was termed "craptacular," however, I guess it's a case of treating such comments with the contempt they deserve .

I think you have the best quality leaderheads out there. Hell, your Jasmine leaderhead is better looking than the real Jasmine.

Don't do it! It's ironic that I didn't see this until now - I was busy putting seven (7) of your leaderheads into my game, to join several others that were already there. Between you and CivArmy, I think I don't have many Firaxis leaderheads left. ... and it gives me a little thrill every time I have occasion to negotiate with Nzinga or Jasmine. Keep up the great work!

I think your leaderheads are very good too. Some are certainly better than others, but that's inevitable. The best are really, really excellent: I especially like most of the African ones, and I've nicked large quantities of the European ones to stick in my scenario. So do keep it up, as they are certainly appreciated. Personally I love new leaderheads - there's something thrilling about having an opponent who isn't just one of the normal civs with a new name, but who actually looks different! I know, it's just a cosmetic change, but when you down to it, a computer game is nothing but cosmetics.

I don't think there's anything intrinsically wrong with negative criticism as long as it's done constructively and politely - after all, if the only comments permitted are uncritically positive, then they lose all meaning. But the comment posted here and the other one you mention were not helpful at all.

During the Middle-Ages a bunch of Vikings came sailing down the British coast abducting all the hot women they could find. They then went and settled in Iceland. The historical ramifications are open to interpretation.

CivArmy is good, and he pumps 'em out like crazy. Quality-wise I think RX8FT is the best, probably because he uses real photos for the background than 3d art. Can't forget Rita either.

Some of Civarmy's 3-D backgrounds are pretty good though, and he sometimes uses Photographs, most of his early leaderheads had photographs for backgrounds.

Really marvellous leaderhead! Thank you for creating her. I downloaded and used Jasmine to replace Catherine the Great, actually, and suddenly enjoy negotiating with the Russians. Go figure.

I guess I'm also in the minority who found Elizabeth to be one of the few decent-looking leaderheads in Civ3, PtW, or C3C. She is low on my replacement list for leaderheads.

I do have two suggestions on Jasmine, but both are a matter of personal taste. You've done an amazing job.

I'd love to see her panned out just a touch so she matched the other Civ3 Leaderheads; that would also give you a chance to show off her crown, gown, and so on, just a bit more. I would also enjoy her modern persona to be over the top or punked out, like some of the Firaxis modern characters. I enjoy France in the modern era, for example, just because Joan looks cool.

Minor suggestions aside, you've created a delightful leaderhead. Wonderful work R8XFT; your leaderheads are incredible.

I have to say that I think RX8FT learderheads are the best. Not to put down civarmys. RX8FT, I think your work is great and I have most of your LH on my mod. So please keep up the great job

Personally, your jasmine is the best one I've seen so far. I haven't used any as I'm satisfied with what firaxis has provided for the standard game. I do keep checking your leaderheads in case I see something I do want to use.... However, if you'd like to go off on a sci-fi spree. I'd love to see what you can do in the area of Star Trek, especially the Borg Queen or Seven of Nine (Jeri Ryan)...

Jasmine's the only non-historical figure I plan to do for the time being. I've also started doing Chief Crazy Horse of the Sioux, who will be my next release.

I will be looking forward to his return. These guys who can make good leaderheads are great. I was not blessed with being an artist, I am doing good to draw a stick man. So thanks because you do something that I can not.
