Jason The King
Deity
Welcome to JNES.N2
First off, I do love JNES.N still, I still enjoy updating it (healthy sign of an NES), but there is one thing that it lacks: stories. Since I am not a story nazi, I do not require stories for any stats in the game. But it does satisfy my modern-age urge. This is why I feel I can start this.
I want an NES that builds history of its nations. I want an NES like stjnes5 was before the 100 page mark. I want to get attached to the nations; I want you to get attached to your nations. I want epics. I want legends. I want battles. This is why I made the rules so simple you can spend the time that u normally would on making orders, writing stories.
My goal is to get u attached to your nation. My goal is to make updates that corresponds directly to your nation. Not everyone would be mentioned in the update every time this is absurd to think I can do that but I will strive to get you in every other time at least.
Do not join this NES if you dont want to write stories. Do not join if you just want to play an NES for the game. Join if to write stories. There are plenty other NESs that will have u just for your playability (JNES.N for one).
And without further adieu, I bring you JNES.N2
Rules
Very simple, should take u less then a minute to read and understand.
Economy is your basis of your nation. To increase it, you can not increase anything else that turn. The levels are standard stjnes levels: Depression, Recession, Failing, Stable, Growing, Prosperous, Outstanding. You cannot go above outstanding.
Your military is also in levels. To increase one stat, it takes an economy. You can increase as many levels as u want in one turn, barring you have the economy to do so. The levels are standard stjnes levels: None, Tiny, Small, Medium, Large, Very Large, Gigantic, Imperial. You can also train them, the levels go: Farmer, Militia, Good, Veteran, Elite. It costs one economy, and lowers the level of your army once.
Your education helps in advancing in ages and how well equipped your army is. To increase it, it takes one economy. Levels are: Terrible, Bad, Illiterate, Literate, Good, Scribe, Scholar.
To make a wonder *one per age per nation* say what it does and I will tell u how long it will take.
Later in the game when I get to know your nation I will assign traits to them, and they will receive substantial bonuses from it.
Moral helps your troops fight better. It is determined by the overall status of your nation. (its up to me). Levels are: Revolting, Bad, Meh, Nationalistic, Patriotic.
All will start at Iron age. I dont care how unrealistic it is, Iron age is where story writing begins.
I doubt anymore rules will be added, but if there is, I will add them below this.
