no it does matter, what if he was not dying and u being killed, what then? i dont think is right to take two nations and claim one is *your friend* it could be u, using those resources to help yourself and get an unfair advantage

I'm afraid that Peru has proved to be a threat to Brazilian security. They destroyed our navies intentionally and without a declaration of war (at least I didn't see them making one), and thus, we consider them to be a threat to Brazilian security. If you have to declare war on us because of that, I suppose there is nothing we can do.
*secret* we have decided that we will only be going on defensive wars against non-american countries and our soldiers will stay on our own continent, no matter who we have a war with. If you must declare a war on us because of your alliance with Peru, we ask you to do the same thing as we. If you respect our neutrality towards non-american nations and if you do not attack Brazilian soil, you have our guarantee that we won't be bringing any troops to Egyptian soil and we won't be helping anyone outside America attacking you, not even if we officially declare war on each other. How does that sound to you? *secret*

I didn't like it either, that is why I had no problem with finn taking it right of way. Who am I to say he can't join? He did have his own screename, and sent in orders a couple times.

Ok, I'm back from my small "study-vacation".
And now I can trigger some diplomacy.

Too many enemies, the Romans can not do much against all those enemies, we are proud people, and our armies are lead by strong and smart generals. But our diplomats are smart as well, and we can not rely only on the strenght of the military.
Also there are some strange rumors about Britain that do not please us very much, and surely do not help our armies in fighting against our neighbors.
I hope you understand, but those recent events have slightly changed our position.

New events we were not aware of made impossible for us to continue this war, if someone can not fully trust his own ally's leaders, how can he fight and die for them.
We will gladly sign peace and return Tripoli back to their rightfull owner, in exchange for peace with you and your allies, we hope this incident between our nations may soon be forgotten so that the Mediterraneum may return the peaceful sea it once was, and our ancient civilizations may continue to prosper.
