I wish to talk to you about ridding the Indian ocean of British presence. I have sunk his ship, and all that is left is to destroy his army on the islands he took. I am sending a force to the island, but they wont arrive till next turn (dont have any troops at sea close enough). I assume you will have no objections to me taking the islands from them.

As we now know you can attack us right into our mainlands, we know that we have another reason to take Canada, to stop you from future aggresion..
to Egypt allies:

The egyptians invaded France, and signed a NAP after it.
Than invaded us, while there was a NAP, and desided to keep fighting until they destory Britian.
And now again they invade France, while having a NAP, and while France are her allies against us...
This is enough for us to find a true aggresive country that attack when she want, wherever she want.

As for France being an ally of Egypt, they have never been one, although I do regret the action I had to take to what I thought would be the removal of European troops from North Africa. I can understand Rome's actions, at least they act with honour unlike yourself, who flings lies and accusations around.
Your excuse for taking Canada is laughable - America strikes back at you for invading them, giving you a taste of your own medicine, and you call them aggressive? You are nothing but a pompous fool who needs to be brought down a few notches. I was hoping that the destruction of your navy by Egyptian and French fleets would have done so, but it seems nothing will stop your arrogant nature.
As for invading South Africa and Iran, if you think that I have bigger forces on their border than they have on mine, are you insane or can you just not count? Both have more fleets and armies on the borders than I do.
Finally, prove Brazil gave you money? Just look at the amount of fleets you had. I can explain where Egypt got the money from, it was dowry from a marriage between my son Nemesis II and Emperor Roddy of India's daughter.

We consider your attack as an official declaration of war. You are a threat to us in South America and we will immediately start a full-scale war with you due to your actions.
To Britain:
It is no longer our wish to support you in this war. This doesn't mean that we wouldnt wanna be friends with you; we just will stop sending monetary aid to you (as I've heard my predecessor has done) and also we won't send any military units outside South America.
To Egypt, France, Zulu and India:
My predecessor has done many mistakes by making Brazil become a part of a war that takes place in a place where we shouldn't really even be. So, we consider those non-American countries that haven't attacked Brazil's homeland as friendly nations and we ask you to sign a peace treaty and a NAP with Brazil.
To the world:
Brazil hopes that other nations will allow us to have neutral policies in those areas that do not threaten our security, i.e. outside America.
