some jokes i've "written" for the simpsons

1) Bart visits a musea in ancient europe and if he takes a photo all the plaster fall of from the walls due to the light flash

2) Homer visits a lecture. Of course he gets bored after a while. His eyes streyes off and he catches the bottle of wine (a present for the speaker) under the chair of the host. When the lecture is over the host stands up. She wants to give the bottle of wine to the speaker but she sees homer with an empty bottle in his hand.
She is angry, Homer doesn't understan dwhat the fuss is all about

I was going to say this should be in the humor forum, but then I read it...:D

I'm sorry Ultraworld, but thestonesfan was poking fun at you. :(

@THESTONESFAN

I AM THE GATEKEEPER......

They supposedly have left clues in most of the episodes as to what state, I've never figured it out though cause they havn't given an answer.

I like the Bart one the best BTW

The Homer one was a little lame :(, but the Bart one was funny :D

The simpsons must live in a western state because the radio station starts with a K. They must live in a state by the sea because Mr. Burns caught whales with his giant-soda-can-net thingie. This narrows it down to 5 states.

Hawaii
Alaska
Washington
Oregon
California

I think they live in Alaska because they have cold winters.

If they lived in Alaska then it would be dark half the time and there would always be snow. They don't live in Hawaii because they get snow. I could talk for a while about which states they live in.

Let's see...the Behind the Laughter episode said something about a Missouri family...or Mississippi....pretty sure it was Missouri. Also, in that episode where Lisa joins the environmental group (it aired recently, that's why I remember), when she sees the view from the tree branch, I swore I saw a little Statue of Liberty and the twin towers.

The Simpsons don't live in a state, because all 50 states are ruled out by at least one thing that's happened in one or more shows.

"This school was the worst school in the entire state of Missouri....

Which is why we had it moved brick by brick to this state!"
-quote from Simpsons

Snowball has kittens:
Lisa: Bart? Where's fluffskers?
Bart: I dunno I gave it to a guy who said he needed a kitten for a live Itchy and Scrathy movie.
Lisa: Live itchy and scratchy!
Bart: Yeah, who knew Archa Defense Labs made movies?

Ok, that's my only shot at being funny. Tough assignment. :S

Hmmm, I pretty sure it has to be in the central US, not east or west coust because...
In one of the episodes, Lisa points where Springfield is on the map, but Bart moves his head in the way so you can't see where Lisa pointed, but can rule out the coasts, cause those were not blocked, and Lisa didn't point there.
My new goal in life is to figure this out.:crazyeye:

I always figured that they were in Ohio or Kentucky or a neighboring state.

The Simpson's don't live in any of the states. The point of always hiding the location is so that they don't have to explain any of the story lines involving geographical features, to internet nerds such as ourselves.

Oh, the irony!

Anyways, I had always thought Kentucky, but then I'm thinking something happened that made me change my mind.
