German Invasion of Hawaii
The Mexican and British expedition force on Hawaii were concerned to see dark black smoke on the horizon. Knowing there were no large fleets of allied ships in the area the officials and officers sent by the Mexicans and British to modernize the island took command of the combined allied forces on the island. (5 Hawaiian 5 British 1 Mexican).
Suspecting only tribesmen on the island the Germans wasted no time and set out immediately. The German invasion force loaded onto their wooden landing boats and began to row to the shore. After battling the waves the men approached the shore and heard several loud shouts before the tree line exploded in gun fire. Bullets tore through the flesh of the men in the boats.
The Germans tried to row back to the fleet but the waves slowed them down and the German divisions became target practice for the Hawaiian Riflemen and Artillery.
The Germans were lucky, however, in that there were no enemy fleet in the area. The tattered German task force sailed back to Germany in defeat.

The shocked Hawaiian king, fearing further invasion from foreign entities has given exclusive rights to Mexico and Britain for trade in exchange for a defensive alliance. He is also talking annexation with the Mexicans, who have already started investing in establishing plantations on Hawaii.
That Little Purple African Country
The Purple African country north of that little German Colony was angered by the Germans insolent diplomacy and began raiding the German settlements. The Germans had sent a few divisions to conquer them but spent most of the year trying to defend their current lands from the burring and killing. Settlers in the colony have begun to leave and go home or to other German colonies in fear of the natives.
China Invades Vietnam
The invasion of Vietnam began with the blockade of the Vietnamese ports. Followed by a landing of 10 core divisions at Saigon. They meet very little oppositions from the Vietnamese at first. However, when the Chinese troops tried to expand the Chinese conquest from Saigon they met ambushes from the Vietnamese troops in the difficult mountainous jungle terrain. It became apparent that the Chinese troops were trapped in the city.

The Chinese also land troops in Siam with little incident. However, loose troops to attrition.

With support of the Ottomans, the Arabian king begins work on uniting the Arabs under one nation.
Japan
Japan falls apart due to financial woes and lack of administration. A rebellion has sprung up in the north and the Dutch begin taking lands in the Philippines from the fractured Japanese Empire.
Orient Express and Russian Railroad into China
Huge Investment has lead to impressive progress on the two railroads. Both will be completed with in two years at current funding.
