Thats right, just bought every, last, one of them...held off till now, but w/news of G&K on the horizon, and facing a couple weeks of vacay coming up, I couldnt resist!
Which civs, maps, scenarios do you recommend? which are your favorite, most challenging?
Right now Im beating King nearly every time, but struggling w/Emperor. I prefer cultural/scientific victories...

The mongol scenario is the hardest one imho and it probably becomes a whole lot harder with the new combat rules introduced with the release of Gods and Kings. My guess is that it will become impossible on Deity for months or years before they notice and patch it.

I particularly like the 1066 scenario, but have only played three of the scenarios so far. 1066 is a novel experience if you're not used to losing units - it's a bloodbath from start to finish, so a lot of fun if you like the Civ V combat system.

The Polynesia scenario (Paradise Found) is culture-focused, but depending on your approach it's either not winnable or unchallenging, the reason for this being that the new tech tree and social policy branches it provides don't offer many options for getting ahead culturally if you fall behind - all you can really do is found more cities to stick culture buildings in. It's also disappointing that the most interesting aspect of Polynesia - Moai - is one you'll get relatively little chance to showcase on the South Pacific map, since the islands are too small to place more than two next to each other.

Despite having the DLCs, I haven't actually played as many of the civs - I picked them up largely to add variety to the AI opponents. You might find Korea the most interesting from a science/culture perspective - they give a science bonus but, unlike Babylon, they give you science boosts when going for other victory conditions (and Babylon only gives you a big science bonus when playing a particular type of science strategy, which is not something I'd say makes them interesting). In particular culture victories generally involve maximising artist specialists, and Korea will give you a science bonus for your specialists. Korea also has two Uus which play very differently from the units they replace, probably moreso than most civs' UUs.

Denmark's move after embarking bonus is very hard to pass up though...

Bab is made for science victories
Korea is also great for science victories, but can also be used for cultural victories. (in this case your using the science boost to have a better shot at reaching the industrial era wonders first.)

Inca is good for any victory (best on highland type map)

Spain is very good for any victory if you are first to discover a natural wonder or two.

Polynesia is best when there's multiple large landmasses; especially if there's one near you that would normally require Astronomy to reach.

Denmark is made for amphibious assaults.

The Korea scenario is perhaps the easyist (when playing Korea); try it on Diety as Korea; if you win you get quite a few achievements. And even if you lose, you get an achievement.

The polynesian scenario is cultural based and you can found cities without driving up cultural costs. (The cultural victory can be conquest induced if you beeline to the right policy)

I just finished a Polynesia scenario map and it was fun. :D You just have to go to New Zealand and build Moai's and easy WIN!

Great tips guys - keep'em comin!
I did choose to start w korea on the asia map - love the science boost w wonders! Extra science is nice, but seems to be a great wonder builder - finish one and get the prerequisite boost towards the tech for the next wonder. I'm essentially using my capitol in this effort, while using my other cities to build an army and keep everyone else off my back.
Do al maps in the dlc's start u in random locations or is it just my luck. Tried denmark on world map before the korea trial above, and think I was in china. What I would like is a good world or european map w realistic start positions, yet still well-balanced as far as resources.

The regular earth maps has random start locations. They also ignore the start bias as well.
