The answer is a resounding no. As of now, we are applying the same restrictions on transports through the Suez Canal that our friends the Maghreb Union have placed on transports through the strait of Gibralter, so long as a state of war exists between Yugoslavia and Rome.

we remind Mexico that we are the defender in this war. basically, short story is, Yugoslavia forced me to sell the capital under duress, the Emperor then grew a backbone, which pissed off Yugoslavia so much that they declared war, making them the aggressor.
