Germany accepts the Gethic offer of a seperate space program between the two nations, but can not research the technology our allies promised with another nation for the sake of respect of the bonds between two nations.
We would like to see if either the Cult or the Gethic Hand would like a common space program between either of the two combinations of the three nations. If neither of these wish to have a common space program with Mexico, we can have a seperate space program with Germany and Mexico.
