Anything that involves the two countries doing things together will do that.

Yes, but any reunification will involve him in giving up the control of his country, and what he's interested in such a case are ofcource better conditions for himself. "they said I hadn't done anything so I could go and live on an island somewhere."

Well, if the options are reunification now and KJI gets off easy, or a long painful conflict where MAYBE KJI get's his comeuppance, I'll take the former.
