Well ATPG, I think that we shuld lynch as many bounty hunters as possible, as they are a duel edged weapon. However much they help the town, they can help the Mafia much more, making them a poor investment in my opinion.

Bounty hunters who are open about it, and agree to work for the town, are fine with me for now. Especially since we removed some of their competitors. Makes them a bit easier to keep in line.

Really, you couldn't begin to trust them until most of them were dead. You're welcome.

I happen to agree with what spaceman said about bounty hunters. THEY'RE NEUTRAL, NOT SCUM. That means we can still use them but if we make it our mission to kill every bounty hunter out there than that does two things:

1) It makes all of the remaining bounty hunters very hesitant to help us since we have a record of having them lynched as soon as they say they are a bounty hunter. This in turn will probably make them more likely to help the scum since they are not exactly trying to get them killed

and 2) It gives the scum more time to find and kill the pro-town power roles since we are too busy killing bounty hunters and not scum.

Those are my two cents on the matter. If you don't agree with me that's your prerogative but I ask that you at least consider my opinion on this and try to use the bounty hunters to our advantage.

I'm definitely for this strategy.

I agree with choxorn in that TBK is being scummy. But for now I will keep my vote on Earthling, because the alternatives aren't as good.

@atpg: As hinted at in my small game, I will be extremely busy this week, so 1 post a day max will have to do.

On Bounty hunters in general, if they are willing to work for the town, and have wealth victory condition or survive, then they will so easily work for the mafia too, and 'sit on the fence', or play both sides. They IMO need to die regardless. I'm up for using them if they are willing, but we need to be cautious of them being double agents.

If buddha is darkside aligned (likely, from the scan and no denial), then its highly unlikely he has an innocent VC. If I add my continued susipicion from previous days (gut, and his bandwagon vote on daveshack), then I will vote: Buddhafish.

I'm not sure of the case on Earthling. But I completely disagree with autolynching Ninja if Earthling flips town, likewise for Mergle.

I generally disagree with autolynching, both on "good" and "bad" scan results. Because scanners aren't necessarily accurate, either way.

Not caught up completely, but I'm willing to vote: Earthling since there seems to be at least some reason for it.

We've taken another look at the Who's Posted page and we are not impressed by the high levels of lurkers who post in the thread only to register a vote, as of the 30 or so remaining players in the game, one third of those have only posted to lay votes (or close to it).

We will be considering either WoGing or compulsory replacements in the next couple of game days if things do not improve, as active players who have been killed off may contribute more to the game than living players who only post to vote.
