BestBuy Called. They said the damage to my laptop was too extensive. So I have to go in and they are supposed to give me a gift card for the value of a comparable laptop...

Unfortunately, although I had copied the most important files onto an external drive, there were some data that I either forgot to copy or the copy was corrupt. ie. all of my email contacts and such

The email address of the subsequent player should appear in the send turn dialog box after you hit end turn.

"send turn dialog box"?...sorry, I'm not familiar with how to accomplish this, please explain. ty.

When you click on end turn in the game, a dialog box pops up asking you to confirm that you want to send the turn. At the top of the box is a field with the next player's email address.

The game has already saved the turn by this point, so either delete your already saved turn that's to be sent or name it to something else, as when the game overwrites turns problems occur for the next player.

No, I haven't. Maybe he's a mate of PS's and they got into the same fix together? How about we see if we can get a replacement for him too?
