Gitarja - 26 (25+1) her demeanor makes her one of the most leader-like leaders in the game. And as for the last downvote, the upper lip is different between the promotional artwork (where I think it looks weird) and how she appears in-game.

Jayavarman VII - 15 (18-3) getting tough, don't really dislike any of the remaining leaders. Some of J's animations are fluid and great overall, but some of the negative reaction ones are stiff and awkward.

His face looks weird and screwed up, like if you took his mustache off it would feel wrong. Also Kalinka annoys me.

He's one of the best themed leaders in the game, with his agenda alluded to even in his intro, unlike many leaders who remain here. Also, he sounds almost as vigorous as the real John Curtin, here delivering a similar "Attacked" speech.)
