I find that ARC got eliminated first is strange to me. I must say that I got the impression that anything from USA isn't "well received" on the forum. I saw this once when Civ5 America's peace theme also eliminated because it was "mediocre", including the reason like "everything about America is mediocre", then people then continuing to downvote "bad" theme and I was left stunned by what was just happened.

Kavitha have some kind of majestic aura that convince me to believe her backstory of "convince" Indian people and end up naming the nation after herself.
Downvote to Hutama, His appearance don't make me feel like I have met either a celebrity or successful entrepreneur. Instead I feel like I have met some kind of manager or someone I would say "How can someone like him being a superstar? " He is probably the 3rd "target for eliminating by the way.

About the eliminated leader, My most favorite leader is Elodie. Let's say she is the one who inspired me to learn French, considerable feat to me for any entity, real or fictional, as nothing or no one else did this to me.
My least favorite would be Kozlov, I just don't like his face as model. I mean, I expect more polished appearance and stronger personality from Gagarin-inspired character, or a general. which Rejinaldo have.
