Seems this same error is in the beta release.
Thal has made some changes to the spreadsheets that act as information in the generation of this mod. Some of it is very helpful to me trying to understand some of the broad changes this mod has made. However they have not been updated with the Leader name fix and all the files that reference those four leaders are faulty.
Maybe a break from introducing new game mechanisms is called for to allow a comprehensive search for bugs. That way we all get a stable balanced mod and Thal has a stable platform to build on.
