There's some lighting issues with it. Namely, the shadows on her face are changing in "chunks", I don't know how better to describe, but it's an ugly effect. (I've a feeling it might miss some layers or maps, but honestly I'm no expert in this...)

Can somebody correct this issue? Thanks in advance whoever takes this task!

This one is a bit less important, but it's an interesting non-modern leader for Afghanistan. He was of Persian origin and ruled over the mountain region of Ghor, Afghanistan in 12/13c. From there conquered all Afghan lands as well as Pakistan and Northern India up to Bengal, destroying the Ghaznavid Empire and Chauhan kingdom - and bringing Islam deep into India. Can anyone make leader for European Union or is there one who is already made?
I think that is really time to make EU as a civ...especially for modern time mods..

Ok maybe I didnt wrote right..
I know that Europe president will not be someone famous politician like Merkel,Blair or someone like that but they do have European commissioner and "capital city" the rest is something that we could discuss for days...
I always thought that the best president should be someone unexposed in world policy..
Anyway I found Finland president in LH database so I think that gonna use him...

I actually did not want to insult you, the remark about stupidity was to people in charge of decisions.

Yes that true...France and Germany invented EU..

If someone wants to finish the german pear, i started with him a while ago (~ 6 months), but honestly i believe i will never have the mood and time to finish him. The model should be a mix of washington and lincoln. Some parts still wait to be be rigged and unwrapped, not to speak that there is also no basic texture so far. (it´s only the pure mesh, nothing more)

but just in case, someone want to finish this job, i will upload the last two blends here

Hey this would be nice to have...,but I think that he will end up in some mod as a leader for Germany...
I just remember some great things that Kohl did for Croatia in are way to EU..yep he was great leader for EU and Germany...
But I still think that the best leader(no offense to Germans and France )would be some Belgians or Scandinavians...

Let's be honest on why the EU won't really work, in any sense, over the long haul.

Economically, it's impossible, for the reasons we see today... Greeks and Germans just have way different work ethics, etc...

Politically, when swift action is needed, who is going to direct it to happen? The EU either needs to get a stronger central government, or just quit before they do more harm... because you are never going to get all those nations to agree at short notice over anything controversial... and at the same time, will the larger France give up its sovereignty to allow smaller nations to interfere in their decisions, and vice versa?
