I will try to go back on topic I think the face and props all look cool, the face's shape immediately reminds of Napoleon. Those hand-drawn moustache however, doesn't look good.

If I can add some comments :

Napoleon, when he was young , was thin ...He didn't eat everyday because he was poor .. He became fat at the end of his reign ...So here we have a "fat" young Napoleon ...I think you should make him thinner ...or older ...

I don't know, perhaps it's me, the eyelashes seem to be a little bit too much longer or black, it gives him a feminine look .. However I will use it I think ... I will take him for France ... Well I have to find a Job for Helen of France before ..
