Left 4 Dead

Would be great to pose him with a constipated face, squatting on top of the toilet.
However, L4D maps don't agree with Garry's Mod due to conflicting versions of the source engine.

Wheres my update Valve. You said there would be L4D Updates.

 Just last night while waiting for the plane to fuel up myself and one other survivor hide behind the plane from the last tank in an effort to reload and heal up. That was the plan at least not seconds after ducking behind the plane the tank does his usual roar and then there was loud thunk and then blackness. The tank had tossed a baggage cart at the plane bou8nce up and over and landed right on both of us:lol:

and in memory of Scamp, who played an entire expert campaign to die just before getting on the plane

That game was lulsome. For what it's worth, Mulholland, I'm sorry you got in the line of fire at the end. :p

I had a lot of fun that game, and I can't blame you guys for not rescuing me even though you were 2 steps away:rolleyes:. Backwards, I would have been in the icy water and forward was the relentless horde. Loose-loose I guess. However, next time the tables will be turned my friends and I'll leave you to die.

We couldn't rescue you after you fell because we were both already on the boat, and we were shooting at the zombies so you could back up. That's why you got hit.

Oh! I had no idea you couldn't leave the rescue vehicle one you were on it. Apology accepted.

You can actually, but it leaves as soon as everyone that is still standing is on the boat (so getting knocked down right at the edge can cause it to take off if someone is standing on it). Leaving the rescue vehichle also usually results in losing them ission too, as everyone ends up getting killed.

Anyone know why it shows I have different achievements showing online thru steam and ingame... what I mean is I incapped someone who entered and left the safe room and it counts it in game but it doesn't show that when someone views my profile; IE I have it and 41 accievements in game but when people look at my account I don't have it and it says I have 40. BTW has anyone gotten the don't heal the whole campaign achievement Unbreakable, not on easy? I want to get it on normal but I don't know if using pills or being revived counts against it and again its different online, it just says don't heal yourself online but in game it says never heal, period. Anyway these are just confusing aspects of a great game that I am not getting tired of like I did with tf2

Ash

You can use pills and be picked up, just don't let ANYONE use a medpack on you (they can start but as long s you are not actually healed). It is possible on normal mode just make sure you don't have any bots.

The 'online' (out of game) achievement list probably updates a bit slowly.

The boat arrived during the last act of Death Toll. Francis, Louis, and I (Bill) all made it safely onto the boat but Zoey was caught by a smoker who was dragging her farther onto land. A tank came and hit her so hard it knocked her right onto the steps of the docks.

:D

All survivors escaped.

1,738 zombies were harmed during the making of this film.

So you guys are up to Expert now um? I guess I could try, but I'm so twitchy, my main flaw is friendly fire and it's just really bad on Expert (like incap someone in one shotgun blast basically).

Also, I think Death Toll is my favorite campaign.

A lot of us played the demo and could literally play the demo on expert blindfolded. :p

But even then, me, PS, and two other guys who I can't quite remember had to turn the difficulty down once we got to the finale

I've been playing it on expert latly and at sometimes it can be extremly hard we(the team) would finishsh round 1 by killing a tank and getting almost slaughtered by it, only to start round 2 with a tank right off the bat even though we arn't even healthy enough to fight off a horde.

But other times its a peice of cake, sure people die but if you get the right group of people you'll fly through it like it was on advanced

Yeah I was getting 50+% headshots on Advanced and Expert on the first level of No Mercy in the demo. Good times good times.

Now I almost always get 9% every single time, sometimes 10% headshots.

Expert is hard and I prefer advanced, but I really want the achievements. You just need the right group and some people shouldn't be allowed shotguns on Expert.

Right now, I am attempting the Advanced portion of the game. Eventhough I have gone through it with the online portion of the game.

Ahhh, the demo. Back then everyone played on expert.

I've generally played on advanced since the full game came out tho. I've never played through a full campaign on expert actually.

I feel I'm more useful with the shotgun, and I'm pretty good at managing my shots, it's just that I have to learn to master my twitch reflex a bit better, hehe.

I'd say that half the time though, nobody's to blame for friendly fire because you shoot juuuust as someone walks right into your face running backwards and away from enemies. The only slightly unforgivable ones are probably things like shooting when blinded by boomer barf. A lot of the time it's a bad combination of timings. The unpredictable and unlucky aspect of friendly fire sort of puts me off playing on Expert. The same aspects of it make me really annoyed when people start blaming each others for it. I was playing Expert with random people online once and I got shot by someone and he started berating me for walking in his way, next level the same guy got shot by another team mate and started berating him for not being careful with his shots. Some people are just good at blaming others.
