This thread is so psychotic.
We've only got 960 to go....it's better for the sake of this forum to leave it like that, just so there won't be 1000+ pages here.
Off Topic: Yay, Polish parliament just decided to shorten it's term. So long Kaczynski brothers![]()
ROFLMAO I can't believe ppl are discussing such thing as the % of etruscan or roman blood into Italian DNA, or wether or not Etruscans have been annihilated by Romans. I mean, Roman historical books are one of our main sources about Ancient and Classic History, how can you even be in doubt about the fate of the Etruscan people ? Etruscans have CERTAINLY not been annihilated by Romans and a great deal of their culture has been absorbed by the emerging roman one, and retained after Rome occupied Etruria. I hope you are aware that almost all of the 7 Kings of Rome were Etruscans. Great shame has to be put on the Dark and Middle Ages for being responsible of the loss of the book "On Etruscans" written by I don't remember which roman author. With that book in our hands we would know much more about Etruscans now.
