I've tried. May be painless for German speakers...

Not really. They discuss every move, whether their scout should go east or north, whether they should work a hill or flood plains and when they see the first barbarian camp they explain why barbarians are bad and discuss whether they should attack the camp.
Less talking and more playing would have been better than explaining the most basic concepts of the game for minutes before ending a turn.

Seems more like a beginner's guide rather than a let's play. It's fun to see the diplomacy screens for the new Civs though.

I was excited but this is too painful to watch. It's so slow. They argue about every detail. After 40 minutes they haven't even met a single civilization on a small map.

Well, I can understand that they want to explain things for the newcomers, but after I skipped to the end of the third vid I saw that they played 16 or 17 turns in one hour.
That's a bit much.
