Liberalism bug?

I made it to liberalism first, the list for my free tech pops up, then an immediate CTD, 2 error msgs pop up, and I turn of my PC b/c its passed midnight.

Ill check again tonight to see if it does it again, and if it can be repeated.

Anyone know why/have a fix ?

Figured it out, seems to be a graphical memory error, never got this before BtS, lowered my settings a tad and it seems fine~
