Life long ambitions

Ni! Speak for yourself, as Wagner is fine for moi, and none too depressing, if a little Orff and Bizet is thrown in, and maybe a little Tchaikovsky and Stravinsky as well. :)
But mostly Wagner.
Even the Gotterdammerung is quite uplifting, in my view, but it is a matter of personal taste.

Give me that selection, and the complete works of the great Ennio Morricone, and I'll be so content, I'll never leave the hut! :D

Nay, tis more of your own misconception

Maybe Simon, or maybe I am decieving you! But then maybe you re decieving me about decieving you....

Arrrgh!! If I continue this line of reasoning I'll become so paranoid that all I want is to live in a small hut and listen to music. My choice would be Rush, which just goes to show you can't stereotype us madmen.

:aargh:
Duke, I can put up with many things in life. English Cricket. People quoting music hall songs. Pain and torture. The sound of Geoffrey Boycott's voice (basically the same as pain and torture actually) Boy Bands who have outgrown any semblence of appeal and talent. Being hit in the head by a flying rat. Twice. Even Carlton supporters.

But, if you deem it necessary to quote "Fame", or any other stuff from that era, I shall be forced to cry. Then to launch my D-5 Trident SLBMs in your general direction.

:mwaha: :mwaha: ;)

It is one of current and future ambitions to forget the bad music, fashion, films and culture of the 1980s.

Excellent! We have discovered his weakness! In fact, he has just listed a load of them for us, but still..... :mwaha:
Seriously, I don't like to set such things up as I may be disappointed, but happiness and the opportunity to travel are both valuable concerns when planning what I will do in the future. Never plan too far ahead though, and don't expect things to all go that way!
