veritas and guangfei just finished a war, and in the update it appeared they were hit even harder, plus it sounded like many areas shut down trade completely, more over khemri also seemed to be hit hard, I mean, if other nations devastated by the plague lost ep I would be alright with myself losing ep since it sems understandable, but it just seems outrageous for Myocaca to be the only one to lose a lot of ep

Unlike the Cultesian Empire who had their capital sacked and their lands ravaged by war and invading armies, Veritas and Guangfei was comparatively in a better shape.

Chancosanx and Kelios were GUTTED. You have a onetime loss of EP, and numerous dead dead. You were also the epicentre, though not the most badly-affected place.
Not everyone suffers the same. And you are, frankly, being quite unobservant in saying that EVERYONE else lost NOTHING.
In truth, Veritas came out the least harmed, due to its comparitively small population and quick quarantine measures, though many Azulians are furious at them for bringing disease and misery upon them.
