I get the final turn of anarchy. The only move I make is to wake the German workers and get them closer to the army. After Leipzig is burned I will bring the worker stack home. There is no question we can use the labor help.

We can get construction in 6 turns, and the palace will last 7 turns. We have over $1000 in the cash reserve, and I would really like another wonder.

Trebizond is formed and starts building our first dromon. The city has a German sword next to it from a landing heading toward the capitol. This is exactly why I want some dromons.
(IT) The Germany sword by Trebizond dies attacking our city, and 2 more die trying to assault Heraclea.

I kill another Incan horseman near Caesarea. (5-0)

I kill 2 spears in Leipzig. (7-0)
Leipzig is razed to the ground for $2 and another 2 workers. Now it is time to get the army home as we really want to put that stack 5 workers to work.

Another German sword is dead. (8-0)

That was our *5th* AA wonder.
Our people celebrate by adding another story to the palace.

I rush the Heroic Epic with our leader, and we have another 4 culture that will double.
I kill an Incan archer and horseman. (11-0)

The Carthage merc dies at Varna. The injured Incan horse also dies there. Another German sword dies at Heraclea. (14-0)

I kill a stray Incan archer. I retreat two of their horses. I manage to hunt one down and kill it, but the elite sword didn't get to try. (16-0)
350 AD
I retreat another horse. This is getting tiresome. Since all 3 visible horseman are 1 HP I will try my luck with our elite spearman. He kills the horse, but we don't get a leader. (18-0)

Summary:
I got us up to 7 workers. That is a decent force. The biggest worker challenge is now safe areas to improve. We need to push the front forward to let our workers improve cities like Heraclea. Even more important is that we need some safe core cities to start on infrastructure. We can only ignore that so long before it will bite us big time. With our support cost at $28/turn we will be in trouble at some point without some size 7 cities and markets.
If you are question why self-research, then think about the Great Wall. I am continuing to research, as I want to get up to Chivalry for both knights and Knights Templar. Some bonus free units would be nice, and it is more culture. If we get it, we will need to build a barracks. We are in such good culture shape that I really like the idea of some powerful free units.
We are up to 40 CPT in our 20K city. There is a coliseum due 5 for 2 more points that will double. We can now officially win by 20K.

The current win date is 2028. We are still guaranteed church, university and FP to help reduce that date by a good margin. Late game stuff such as research lab won't do much. That date doesn't include the coliseum.

Additional restrictions:
Armies may NOT be used more then 5 tiles from OUR cultural borders.
This is very intentional to discourage armies. The first army is encouraged for the high culture of heroic epic. The preferred use of other leaders is to rush buildings such as heroic epic, forbidden palace, etc. Even a university is good to rushed between wonders.
The goal is to keep the 20K city on wonders and not have to divert to secondary buildings. However, a lot of those buildings will really speed up the end date. Guess what the leaders can help with?
The game MUST be won by 20K - period.
This is the standard LK AW type game with NO initial trading.
