Looking for a player or players

Lately I realized that I have no longer satisfaction on playing civ 6 against poor AI, despite mods improving it.
I look for a player who also is where I am. Deity is really challenge only in early eras.
I'd like to play weekly on specific time (21.00 - 1.00 for GMT+2).
I'd prefer using some mods, but I can play also on vanilla.
Last but not least I don't want to use timer. I don't like play strategic game in rush, I also micromanage my empire.
My preferred setup is: biggest map, continents, full AI's, epic, deity.

I am looking too for a multiplayer group civ6 gathering the storm. I am not at the Deity level, but will like to join if this is not a problem

I would also like to try multiplayer, but I am a casual player right now, having played only to the medieval era on king. So is there a more casual group I can join? I have played all Civ games and I read up on game mechanics so I'm not a noob.
