Perhaps it was that undercooked meal you ate last night, perhaps it was taking the red pill over the blue pill. Too much cheese before you went to sleep? Perhaps you fell into the wishing well and finally left that life you hated so much behind. Whatever it was, Dorothy, there may be no place like home, but this certainly ain't Kansas!

Theres just clouds.. and sky!

Wait a minute.. you are laid down, the sky is meant to be up isn't it!

You look about yourself. Nothing, NOTHING is recognisable.

You can see an old hut in the distance, some pine woodland even futher away. You are laid down, wearing your favorite clothes in the middle of what looks like a pumpkin patch.

How to make a citizen:
You can make one citizen and their optional family per round. Follow this template:

Name: Their first and last name.
Age: Their age.
Era: What time are they from? You can pick ANY date.
Physical Description(optional): What they look like for extra flavor.
Personality: How they are likely to interact with others.
Primary Skills: I'm not going to place any restrictions here(unless I deem it too extreme, in which case I'll tell you to change it), so be creative. This will determine what their likely professions will be. Keep it between 3 and 5 skills.
Secondary Skills: Other skills that will be useful to them, but likely won't determine their actual professions. Keep it between 5 and 7 skills.
Bio(optional): Include some background information on the person and his family.
Beliefs: General outline of their political, religious, and ethical beliefs. Determines how they are likely to act and what they are likely to support.

Family Members: If you want your citizen to have a family create templates for them as well. Since this is anarchism anything goes, monogamy or polygamy. Gay or straight. For children the beliefs and personality sections are optional as well. Bios only need to be made for the primary citizen.

Ok, So what is this?


This my friend is a new game I have just made/stolen/reinvented from various places.

Together we are going to build a new world.

We don't know ANYTHING, only time will tell.

I'll control the pace of the game. Sometimes we will move forward only days, other time years.. it all just depends how the mood takes us.


It is you, your interactions that make the game. As more and more players get involved, perhaps there won't be enough pumpkins to go around? Perhaps that hut should be explored? Are we even on earth anymore? Who's king, who made you king.. etc ...etc... etc

Physical Description(optional):
Personality: Amoral and power-seeking, but calm and cautious- will attempt to build up own real power
Primary Skills: Charisma, Strength, History, Leadership
Secondary Skills: Weapons, Philosophy, Athletics, Diplomacy, Anarchist Philosophy (knowledge of in particular)
Bio(optional): John Black was a school student shortly before Anarchism began, under Professor Jameson. Like Jameson, he believed the end of Anarchism was inevitable- once a faction existed with firepower and the willingness to use it, they cuold easily restore order.
Beliefs: Believes in a nationalist ideology, with anarchism as it's antithesis as a threat to "society"- without things such as a "national leader", who is to prevent secession or annexation by other "nations"? For now, he has not decided to reveal this to the world.

Name: James Kane
Age: 34
Physical Description(optional):
Personality: not always "there", not entirely concerned with dealing with people only with creating and learning, can often seem rude when dealing with more ignorant people
Primary Skills: Mechanics, Chemistry, Engineering, Critical Thinking, weapon design
Secondary Skills: marksmanship (someone has to test the weapons), some medical knowledge, trap setting/defenses, self reliance, scavenger
Bio(optional): Used to be a "professional" student and studied almost any subject he could, now not much has changed only that he doesn't have to ask permission when he has an idea
Beliefs: He believes in the constant pursuit of knowledge and is willing to work with any who share this goal or are willing to "pay" for something. He has no tolerance for close minded people who fear technology and knowledge. Outside of this he has little opinion on politics other than who to talk to for supplies

Name: Tom Duke
Age: 29
Personality: A hermit by nature, he's most likely to be a loner, live by himself. Most of his social interactions are from the Internet, not in real life. Due to that, he has more free time, and he used it to study, making him much smarter than people his age. When engaged in conversations, he's most likely to talk about his favorite thing, Biology. Tom finds the study of animals to be fascinating, and won't stop talking about any recent discoveries he did.
Primary Skills: PhD on Biology, Very Smart, Easily works alone, good with Electronics
Secondary Skills: Good Cook, Good Oral skills, Good Health, good finger strength, somewhat into gaming
Beliefs: As a Conservative Anarchist, he prefers a world where there is no government, yet there is balance between everyone. He's absolutely appalled at how governments are run today, and doesn't want to see people taking power. While being in the Methodist Church, he's not deeply religious, but still goes to Church every day.

Name: Aiken Drumn
Age: 23
Physical Description(optional): Think Jack Sparrow. Good, young body. Slim.
Personality: Jokes, cheeky, outgoing
Primary Skills: Animal husbandry, machinery, farmign
Secondary Skills: nimble fingers, sharp eyes, sleight of hand, can tell a good story, charasmatic
Bio(optional): Grew up on the farm
Beliefs:Simple. No opinion on religion (thinks those who are stongly religious must be stupid) thinks you have to take the opportunities you can.
 
Name: Douglas Christopher Adams

Age: 42

Physical Description: Buff, white but has a tan, tall-ish, an awesome moustache. Hawaiian shirts, khaki shorts. Basically Magnum P.I.

Personality: A good sense of humor and a keen eye for crime. A calm, if gruff exterior hides an emotional, intelligent, logical, if gruff, mind. Men envy him and the ladies adore him.

Primary Skills: Badassery, Gunplay, Stunt Doubles, A Keen Knowldege of the Workings of the Criminal Mind

Secondary Skills: Helicoptor Pilot, Basic High School Education, Athletic Personality, Vegetable Farming, Pretending to be a Vegetable

Bio(optional): Christopher Adams was born a poor farm boy on a tiny ranch in Miami, Florida. Christopher didn't have much. He graduated high school somewhere in the middle of his class (he can't quite remember where) and disappeared into a weed induced coma. He re-emerged twenty years later, thinking he was Magnum P.I. He has since foiled eighteen criminal plots and four elementary school field trips.

If any of my skills are innapropriate, just say. Or if my character needs a total overhaul.

Update 0.01

Aiken scans the around him. He swears that that guy wasn't there before.. but about 20 yards to his right is someone else.. he seems to be trying to form the shape of a pumpkin with his body?

"Oh well, at least I am not alone!" Aiken exclaims to himself.

He wanders over.

Christopher, how do you plan to greet Aiken?
 
I'll lurk for now. Potentially joining in a couple of days; busy as it is.
 
Name: Robert Goldson
Age: 65
Physical Description(optional): Not a handsome man... bald, but the kippah he wears helps that out. Tall, lanky, looks pretty hungry. Wrinkled face, no facial hair.
Personality: Worked at the YMCA for 20 years, loves kids and young people, genuinely friendly.
Primary Skills: When he wasn't at the Y, he worked his gas station with his wife. He did the taxes and he stocked the shelves. Not too impressive, but it payed the rent
Secondary Skills: Pretty good with his hands, can dribble a basketball, thanks to the kids.
Bio(optional): Just his wife, Delilah. They couldn't have kids of their own. They live(d) in a small brownstone, nice and tidy.
Beliefs: High morals, donates a solid 10% of his earnings to the Y, making sure the young people have a place to go. This generosity has spread (as it has a tendency of doing) into other realms of his life, and the only thing he despises any more is greed. He isn't political, he would rather just see people get along. He's witnessed his fair share of violence while living in his neighborhood, but believes that good will come out on top in the long run. Unlikely to blindly follow people or even act in a hasty manner.

Goldson stands up an stretches. He isn't too worried about this sudden strange situation around him. He figures its probably a dream anyway. He checks his pockets.

Bert reckons that the forest could be dangerous, but so could a strange hut. A hut? That sounds downright savage. But a forest is definitely going to be savage. He turns toward the structure and decides that some human contact would be nice, perhaps some directions. Ahh. A peppermint. "I'll save it in case there are kids at the hut," He whispers to himself.

Physical Description: Brown haired, Brown Eyed, Purple shoed, Wears a bowler hat along with a black undershirt and a purple and black vest, has striped grey and black dress pants on
Personality: Dependant upon first impressions, if the person in question is first seen screaming at someone else he'll be more wary than he would of someone soft spoken and kind
Primary Skills: Incredibly spiffy dresser, Good knowledge of government and history, makes an excellent batch of cookies if needed, Multilingual, Can lie with ease
Secondary Skills: Can do the vulcan salute, very healthy, Charming, Ability to pick up on body language easily, Excellent at finding ways around various tasks
Beliefs: Very self important and knows just enough about various religions to seem as though he's well studied with them. Is unwilling to do charitable acts unless he sees some kind of personal gain in the long run from it. Tends to blindly defend his points of view until he's proven wrong entirely.

Argh! He was in some boggy woodland clearing!

He scrambled up, brushing the moss off his soggy bowler hat.

"How this just won't do, now, what the blazes.."

Finally taking in his surroundings.. thick trees, everywhere!

Adjusting his clothes, a little soggy, but otherwise still in good condition Ernest sets out into the forest in the direction he believes is north..

Personality: Smart, hard-working, Kind, easy-going, Manners, Curious
Primary Skills: Mathematics, Inventive, Intelligence
Secondary Skills: Sharp Eyes, Well Educated, Thinking/planning ahead, good knowledge of technology, Tricking/Keeping a secret when needed.
Bio(optional): Son of Polish Immigrants, father invented the first Cell Phone and sold his patent for lots of money. Therefore he grew up as a rich boy. He is well educated and looks forward to walk in his father's footsteps.
Beliefs: Athiest, although he keeps that a secret when around his family.
 
Christopher discreetly looks Aiken up and down. "Hey, how you doin? Where are we? Maan."
 
Ernest's definition of North is whatever direction he's facing when he stands up

Update 0.03

Adam laid still for quite some time. Finally, after giving up trying to work out where he was he sat up. He could see a hut, a pumpkin field with two people in it (one seemingly rolled up in a ball) and on the other side of the hut, a third person. Far to his right was a road way running along the side of a forest. In his pocket is his cell phone, the latest and greatest SPF3000, full battery. His wallet was also there, credit cards, I.D. and some small change.

What do you want to do?


OOC:If it isn't obvious, i'll keep throwing in mini-updates until you guys start meeting up, then the updates will have to be bigger and more organised. I imagine as time goes on, the length of time (in game) between updates will also increase. I hope to create an interesting "adventure" for you guys to enjoy :D
