LS Civilization Set

You're welcome for the Haida idea. ^.^

Well, list was made by me after all, but I am gonna consider leaving them in peace (gonna add music anyway, shamelessly copy-pasted from Crusader Kings soundtrack).

If you could do something for the Tuvans...
It sounds more like a civ material for Hiram, I am not truely interested.

Great, JFD just saved me from hypothetical work. Don't forget to think a good word about him during Game Loading, YnaeMP users.

Anyway, new Khmer is gonna be the most magnificent and imbalanced civilization ever made.
'Two working citizens for every point of Population in Capital (it means, that with city of 1, you can for example work two plots). +Current deporting population.'

Gonna make a test game, eventually will gonna nerf it to "for every 2 points of Population".

Sich Cossacks will be tweaked with an addition of new ability:
25% chance to re-appear in one of the cities when defeated by enemy attack.

Kumbum and Fire Lancer are gonna wait until I am stroke with ideas.

I just looked back and saw your music requests. I suggest the Jade Empire soundtrack for the Qin. I already have the sound files chopped up (tracks 2 and 14 from https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uBqON-jgEA4) if you're interested.

So why'd you make Hungary a standalone instead of part of a set?
I don't except to make any other civilizations soon, while I wanted people to playtest it now. So far, no bug reports and only one "imba" comment.

Sparta and Vietnam have really nice colors. Had a nice game with them as opponents recently.
Colors again, this joke is a bit too old. In case of Vietnam, credit to my friend who randomed three integers 0-255 for background.

Bugs noticed:
1) Tibet has no reduced Golden Age cost. (not harmful)
2) Bulgaria (and other side) receives too much culture. Let's say it is small imbalance.
3) Quite tricky bug with Phoenician Sea Market, abuse category. This one is actually shame on me.

Other news:
1) Haven't yet played against new Khmer or Hungary.
2) Superiority. Quite curious if it is gonna beat Bulgaria.
3) Somebody has inspired me to get rid of UIs, Sioux will receive Stable replacement, while Hungary will got Castle replacement that is gonna spawn one current UI next to city.
4) Since I am adding Strategic View support, some of unit flags may be new (because I couldn't find the same images, while SV icon is 4 times larger).
5) Hittites are lovely civilization to play. I had even fun with Byzantium.

I could be wrong, but I don't think he was joking. Personally, your Vietnam icon is one of my favorites in the game.

I am not sure if it is a due to my massive amount of mods but the Hetman lacks any sort of text.

Yeah The Hetman lacks help text and the Liberty promotion text is pretty useless to understand what are the mechanics of the unit.

Oh well that's pretty simple. You can expend it to liberate an adjacent city automatically from whoever you're fighting, whether it used to belong to someone else or to yourself. It's a pretty rad use for a Great General when you usually end up with a load of them lying around.

On what parameter is the city supposed to be so you could liberate it with the Hetman? occupied?

Current owner different than original, must be currently at war with current owner.
Other than that, Hetman can build Citadel without disappearing.
It seems that tags do not match, help description will be fixed sooner or later.

Why did it make you think that it was a joke?
The joke is not you liking the colours, the joke is the importance of colours. It always make me smile, while somebody mentions this meaningless for me aspect of civilization. It's like colour of car, secondary.

Updated set VII, changed Cherokee... colours, so don't be surprised or afraid, while meeting unidentified pallete. Similarity to Netherlands made me anxious.
Added Strategic View and Civilopedia support.
Unique Cherokee Unit, Raven:
Spearman, -50% cost, if starts turn on the same tile as Settler, both units receive +2 movement.
Unique Cherokee Building, Eternal Flame:
Shrine, no maintainence cost, cities founded by settler originating from this city receive Eternal Flame. Same with cities conquered by land units trained in this city.
Unique Cherokee Trait stays the same (though algorithm has changed, it is now meaningless if spied civilization has 1 or 5 more technologies)

What does the Eternal Flame do?

Oh, never mind. The wording made it sound like a promotion of some sort. It means you get a free shrine in those cities, yes?
