These units all exist right now, Myself and Hydro are just going though and redoing the Airplane unit balance, so that is a list of changes, not new stuff.

Did someone change the # of resources to 6, i thought it was set to 5??

I've done all of the changes in the latest batch, with the exception of the "Carrier Operations"

All of those units have SPECIALUNIT_FIGHTER, which is as far as I know what allows things to be based on Carriers. Is there something else for that that I don't know of?
