This is currently the modifications made to the orignal treaty:
-The Sikhs have agreed to allow the Mughal Emperor Shah Alam II to rule Delhi
-The Ottomans have agreed to an independent Persia provided they keep Bandar-e-Abbas
-The East India Company will be allowed to keep Rangoon provided that the rest of the Burmese coastline is ceded to the Ottoman Empire, and the East India Company pays a sum of 3 eco points to the Ottoman Empire, 2 eco points to Mysore, and 1 eco point to the Sikhs.

We are considering your offer but the reperations that have been added are ridicuolus.
Unless we can hammer out a payment plan for such huge costs the British government will have to decline the offer.

Still 5 EP is a lot of money to pay. With France I only had to pay two alone. However, I am still considering the peace. Give me a day. I will have an answer tomorrow.
