[MoO] M.O.R.E. (New MOO2-like game)

Anyone heard about a new MOO2-like game called M.O.R.E the game?
I found this pre-alpha clip on youtube,

and their website, http://morethegame.com/aliens/

and their forum. morethegame.com/forum/index.php (I just had to register my name before it was taken)

So far it looks descent. 3-d galaxy, turn based, custom built ships, NO LINES IN SPACE!
(I'm excited about that last one)

Galaxy sizes include up to 3200 star systems.
They are claiming they are the spiritual successor of MOO2.
We'll see about that, but it looks good so far.
It's supposed to be available 4th Quarter.

Anyone know more? Thoughts?

I like what I see here, and as expected from many of these MOO clones, things may not be that much different.

I tend to not get too excited about pre alpha games as too many have yet to even go gold. There was not much to see, so not much I can say at this time. As always I hope for the best and expect far less.

From reading at some forums this game's development may unfortunately be dead in the water right now.

I just checked their website, and they haven't updated their news section since mid April. So yeah, it's likely dead.
