Mafia/NOTW Statistics

It's incredibly obnoxious for you to be so insufferably pedantic about that every damn time. Give it a freaking rest. GAH!
If you keep behaving like Pete, I'll keep behaving like Ben. ;)

For that, you'll suffer almost as much as Zack, who's contradicted me enough. Nobody expects the GM to act like the Inquisition.

If mafia has taught me anything, it's that the unexpected is true.

I think I'm now going to have to count the game, because screw you, Takhisis, that's why.

Something that's bugging me -- why is A Long Story counted in all statistics, but None Shall Pass isn't?

Yeah, my standards can be a bit weird sometimes- I think my reasoning there was that It's A Long Story had 11 neutral teams that were all about similar in size and power, while None Shall Pass had basically two town teams and two mafia teams, all of which had to eliminate each other.

The thing is, to deal with all the Wild Ride type games, I one point decided that the town faction + neutral factions that could win with the town had to form the majority, and at some other point, I decided that split town games where multiple townie factions had to completely destroy each other and couldn't win with each other (not like Spaceballs or NOTW 42, where the townie factions were sort of opposed but could still sort of win together) shouldn't count both teams as being town when townies normally share a victory condition with all other townies- either they all win, or they all draw, or they all lose.

I could count it as an all-neutral game, but like I said, the only way I'll count an all-neutral game is if all of the neutral factions are similarly structured (like It's A Long Story, or like Court of the Momus where everyone was on their own).

I was waiting a while to add things to to the queue because KingMorgan kept saying he was going to get stuff for Hymn of Hot and Cold that I needed to count it- I think I've waited long enough for him. I officially declare that game not counted.

Working on The Immortals II now.

To be added:

Mass Effect
Lord of the Flies
Ghost Town
Dark Souls
Mafia Game: The Mafia
Mafia Christmas Special

What I currently have for Mass Effect.

Visorslash, Takhisis, and KingMorgan count for their first roles (though, other than for Visorslash, the result would be Town/Lost/Didn't Survive Regardless).

Town: 22 (Askthepizzaguy, Autolycus, azzaman333, choxorn, CivGeneral, Daird, Double A, e350tb, edse, Jarrema, Kennigit, KingMorgan, MartinLuther, Mat93, mechaerik, Red Spy, SouthernKing, Sprig, Takhisis, TaliZorah, Visorslash, Yaropolk)

Mafia: 4 (BSmith1068, Frozen In Ice, spaceman98, Winston Hughes)

Won: 4 (BSmith1068, Frozen In Ice, spaceman98, Winston Hughes)

Lost: 22 (Askthepizzaguy, Autolycus, azzaman333, choxorn, CivGeneral, Daird, Double A, e350tb, edse, Jarrema, Kennigit, KingMorgan, MartinLuther, Mat93, mechaerik, Red Spy, SouthernKing, Sprig, Takhisis, TaliZorah, Visorslash, Yaropolk)

Survived: 6 (BSmith1068, Frozen In Ice, Jarrema, spaceman98, TaliZorah, Winston Hughes)

Replaced: 3 (MartinLuther, Mat93, SouthernKing)

I'm not sure if the final night mattered, though, or if the mafia were guaranteed a win after they went into the night with 4 mafia and 5 townies- but among the townies was a roleblocker and a role that could make itself invulnerable, so it looks like it might have still mattered, at least a little bit.

Zack, what can you tell me about this?

I'll go with what I have listed, then.
