Making Armageddon Bigger, Stronger, More Explody!

How about implementing a kind of "tectonic plate shifting" where the the land masses move around and split apart; possibly getting some of the interior cities coastal access or turning coastal peninsulas into islands?

Question. HOW THE HELL WOULD YOU CODE THAT? Seriously, cuz less some1 knows, it's an impossibility.

That....would be pretty awesome...if game breaking...
I seem to recall that Typhoon used to be able to turn land tiles to water. If that could be on a larger scale, perhaps that would work.
Of course, it be hugely complicated beyond anything as of yet conceived, I'm sure.

That's an interesting idea actually. Bring in Agares under infernal control at AC 100, who would be on par with Auric Ascended and and have the avatar promo, making him weak to the god slayer. It would provide an interesting climax to the whole ''will the world end in fire or ice'' idea - having an avatar representing both versions of the destruction of the world.

It would also give the infernals a decent reason to keep pushing the AC up and other civs a reason to keep it low.

I always liked the idea of summoning Agares. Make him even stronger than Auric, and you could have killing him be a really cool and really hard victory condition (though in that case you'd probably want to make him immune to the Godslayer so that it's not too easy for one civ).

Unfortunately I'd imagine that summoning Agares is probably contrary to a lot of lore or something, so it probably won't get implemented.

I wouldn't mind seeing Junil and the others descend at AC100. The violation of the Compact is symbolic of the end of times (which is why summoning Basium increases the AC). I figure at AC100, what do the others have to lose? Could make for an epic Final Battle between Good and Evil. There can even be a joint-victory condition if all the gods of one side are killed.

Remember that any god or angel who breaks the compact and enters creations, by the power of the compact itself, will be made mortal and vulnerable. The exception being Hyborem, of course, given that he used sneaky methods (if I'm remembering dismembered bits of lore correctly). I doubt Agares would want to risk his existence when he can continue his master plan via minions. Same goes for the other gods, I would think; although it might make sense for one of the more benevolent ones to risk it all in an attempt to save what's left of humanity.
Er...of course, there's still plenty of humanity left, given that Armageddon does so little...

Jumil would never enter creation. Even Sabathial hasn't. (he lives in a Nexus world)
