LUANDA IS THE CAPITAL OF ANGOLA. Cabinda is the capital of the secessionist state of Cabinda. If Benguela and Lobito are too close together, Benguela is more important (capital of Benguela province, pop. 155k vs Lobito 153k) However, lobito is a coastal city, and the port link for the railroad that goes far inland, so I left them both in while they are at a questionable distance apart.
