High Elven ISB Capt & Ghost Agent
The Second Map.
No, we decided to do away with that because it's too confusing without adding anything to the game; we might still have states though, which are similar.
I like the MCS map as well...
What if each player represents a town/city somewhere? At least in State Houses, the districts tend to be a town or two. It's far more plausible to have a new town pop up every so often then to keep having states boundaries constantly changing.
Or, you could cap the number of territories once the game starts and new people would have to wait until the next 'general election,' which would basically mean kick the really inactive people. Most of the incumbents would be 'reelected' as in real life, and you wouldn't have to worry about updating any maps.
No individual representation way too much of a mess.I would support having each MP being a representative of a city, but I don't think we should kick people out just for being inactive. Plus then if we get tons of people who want to join and we can't add any new towns, we might end up kicking out people who aren't inactive. It would be easy to just add a new town to a map (only a dot and a name). Or we could just have each territory have several representatives, and the number of representatives each territory has increases as more people join.
I will not play a game in a fake map.
