Mass Effect

Mass Effect is a new game being develpoed by Bioware. The game is the first of a trilogy of games, and set in this galaxy. You play as Commander Sheppard of the Human forces to fight against the Geth. The Geth are the enemies in Mass Effect, and there presence in the game is due to the fact that every 50,000 years, these Geth hunt the Galaxy for any living species and destroy them. The time has come where they strike again, and its up to the player how to stop them.

Mass Effect is setting new boundaries in character animation, with the most realistic facial features, body language and lip movement ever seen in a game. As such, the game is coming out for the Xbox 360 exclusivly as far as I know.

The game offers the whole galaxy to explore, with giant gas planets to little rocky moons all explorable. Some planets may have kind and thoughtful species on them, while some may have species which attack whatever comes within range.

It sounded like it would be the coolest character animation until this point.

It basically seems like a next gen version of Knights of the Old republic, except not set in the Star Wars universe. When I get a 360, I'm picking htis game up.

If I pick up a 360, this would probably be the game I would do it for, but I would rather play it on my PC.

I am just really into PC gaming right now, the consoles just don't interest me at the moment, and if they did I have a ton of PS2/Xbox games I have yet to finish.

This game is probably going to be great though, Bioware is magic.
